Toned-Up Tuesday
Hey you — happy Tuesday ✨
If you’ve ever thought, “This week I’ll eat better and move more,” but didn’t know where to start, this one’s for you.
Welcome to Toned-Up Tuesday 💪
Your glow-up starts here — one rep, one meal, one digital page at a time.
In this post, I’ll walk you through how I use three simple tools inside my That Girl digital planner to stay consistent with my fitness and food goals. No pressure — just structure that feels doable.
Step 1: Log Your Workout
(Workout Module)
Start with movement. In the Workout module, you can track:
- The type of workout (Pilates, strength training, walking)
- Duration of your exercise
- Post-workout reflections (energy levels, physical state, cravings)
Using a fitness planner helps me stay accountable, especially when I’m trying to build a consistent routine. I usually log my workout first thing in the morning to set the tone for a productive day.
Step 2: Track Your Meals
(Eat Healthy Module)
Next, I switch to the Eat Healthy section — basically my digital meal tracker.
Here I write down what I had for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It’s casual — sometimes just the highlights (hello, smoothie bowl 🌈), sometimes a full meal list. If I’m feeling inspired, I’ll even snap and insert a quick food photo from my iPad or phone.
It’s not about being perfect. It’s just a way to stay aware and create a more intentional healthy eating routine.
Step 3: Build Your Healthy Grocery List
(Healthy Food Section)
Finally, I scroll to the bottom of the page to use the Grocery List. It’s where I:
Add ingredients I want to cook with this week
Note any pantry staples I’m running low on
Keep a running list of healthy foods I want to focus on (like greens, protein, or oats)
You can treat this list as your weekly healthy grocery guide, or as a way to track the kinds of ingredients your body might need more of. I like to think of it as a gentle nudge toward more nourishing choices.
You showed up for your body today — even just by reading this.
This glow-up isn’t about perfection. It’s about showing up again and again, with tools that help you stay on track.
