Monday Reset Ritual 🌿
Hey there, and happy Monday! 🌞
Welcome to my Monday Reset Ritual — the way I use my digital planner to kick off the week feeling clear, calm, and totally in control. In this post, I’ll walk you through the exact 3 steps I use every Monday to plan smarter and feel lighter, using just a few simple tools inside my weekly & daily modules.
Let’s dive in. 🌿
Step 1: Set Your Weekly Goals
Inside the Weekly Plan module, I start by choosing the current week, then head to the habits tracker section. This is where I set 2–3 goals or habits I want to build for the week.
Some habits repeat across the week — so I label them by number (e.g. #1 = Workout) and check off the days I plan to follow through.
For this Monday, mine are:
Workout 4x this week 🏋🏻♀️
Finish 2 chapters of my reading plan 📚
It’s simple, but it gives my week a sense of structure and intention.
Step 2: Organize Today’s Schedule
Next, I switch over to the Daily Plan module and fill in my timetable for the day.
Here’s what today looks like:
7:00 AM — Morning Routine
8:00 AM — Work Meeting
12:00 PM — Lunch & Break
2:00 PM — Reading Time
5:00 PM — Workout
8:00 PM — Skincare & Journal
Keeping it visual and time-blocked helps me stay on track and avoid decision fatigue.
Step 3: Track Your Routines
On the right side of the Daily Plan, there’s a spot to track daily routines like water intake and sleep.
I also use the “That Girl” checkbox section — five daily self-care modules we designed to help you stay consistent with the small things that matter. If you use one, or complete the activity, just check it off!
My 5 daily modules:
Skincare ✔️
Workout ✔️
Reading ✔️
Eat Healthy ⬜
Stay Clean ⬜
This step closes the loop. It’s about awareness, not pressure.
Your Weekly Reset in 3 Steps:
→ Set your goals + habits
→ Plan your day with time blocks
→ Track what matters — no stress
This isn’t about being perfect — it’s about designing a flow that feels calm, focused, and repeatable.
